Transfer windows

Transfers and loans happen in two windows: in summer before the season and in winter. A player can only move once per window. Players without a club are the exception: you can offer them to clubs at any time, just like in real football.

Offers in your inbox

When a club wants one of your clients, the offer lands in your inbox with the player's market value, the transfer fee and your commission. You can compare the clubs, accept straight away, decline, or open negotiations on playing time, contract length and wage. How negotiations work

Pitching clients to clubs

You don't have to wait for offers. Once per window, you can actively offer each client to clubs. Whether a club bites depends on the player – and on your relationship with that club: a good rapport opens doors, a burnt bridge closes them. Some clients also have a dream club they would love to join.

Loans

A loan to a weaker club can give a young client the playing time he won't get at home. You earn a loan fee, the loan runs for a season and can be extended, and afterwards the player returns to his parent club. Clients you list for a loan attract interest from smaller clubs during the window.

Poaching – in both directions

Rival agents try to lure your clients away, especially if they're unhappy. With the continental licence you can approach other agents' clients yourself. Top players are choosy, too: players rated 88 or higher only negotiate with agents who hold at least the world licence.

Delegating to a co-agent

With a co-agent on your staff, you can hand clients over: he looks after them on his own and transfers run in the background – for half the commission and slower development. Some of his deals come to you for approval.
