1.VerantwortlicherController

Verantwortlich für die Datenverarbeitung in der App „FootyAgent“ ist die im Impressum genannte Person (Kontakt: support@footyagent.de). The controller for data processing in the “FootyAgent” app is the person named in the imprint above (contact: support@footyagent.de).

2.AllgemeinesGeneral

FootyAgent ist ein Einzelspieler-Spiel. Es gibt keine Nutzerkonten und keine Registrierung. Personenbezogene Daten werden nur im nachfolgend beschriebenen Umfang verarbeitet. Der Anbieter betreibt einen Server für das optionale Feedback-Formular in der App; das ist in § 8 beschrieben. FootyAgent is a single-player game. There are no user accounts and no registration. Personal data is processed only as described below. The provider does operate a server for the optional in-app feedback form; that is described in § 8.

3.NutzungsanalyseUsage analytics

Zur Verbesserung der App werden anonymisierte Nutzungsdaten erhoben (z. B. welche Funktionen genutzt werden, Spielfortschritt, wo Spieler abbrechen). Eine Analyse dieser Website ist derzeit pausiert und nicht aktiv. Es werden keine Namen, E-Mail-Adressen, präzisen Standortdaten oder Werbe-IDs erhoben. To improve the app, anonymised usage data is collected (e.g. which features are used, game progress, where players drop off). Website analytics is paused and not currently active. No names, email addresses, precise location data or advertising IDs are collected.

• TelemetryDeck (TelemetryDeck GmbH, Deutschland): anonyme Nutzungsstatistiken, die keiner realen Person zugeordnet werden können. In der App für die Spielnutzung — nur in der App. Die Website-Analyse ist pausiert und derzeit nicht aktiv; von dieser Website werden keine Signale gesendet. Downloads, die über diese Website erfolgen, sehen wir über die Apple-Kampagne „website“, nicht über TelemetryDeck. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). • GameAnalytics (GameAnalytics ApS, Dänemark): spielbezogene Nutzungsdaten, eine vom SDK erzeugte anonyme Kennung sowie aggregierte Geräteinformationen (Modell, Betriebssystem, Land). Dieser Dienst wird nur nach deiner ausdrücklichen Einwilligung aktiviert (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO); du kannst sie jederzeit in den App-Einstellungen unter „Nutzungsdaten teilen“ widerrufen. Datenschutz: gameanalytics.com/privacy GameAnalytics (GameAnalytics ApS, Denmark): game-related usage data, an anonymous identifier generated by the SDK, and aggregated device information (model, operating system, country). This service is enabled only after your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time in the app settings under “Share usage data”. Privacy: gameanalytics.com/privacy

4.iCloud-SynchronisierungiCloud sync

Wenn du auf deinem Gerät bei iCloud angemeldet bist, werden deine Spielstände in deiner persönlichen iCloud (Apple) gesichert, damit sie auf deinen Geräten verfügbar sind. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt durch Apple; der Anbieter der App erhält diese Daten nicht. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse an einer Spielstand-Sicherung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Details: apple.com/legal/privacy If you are signed in to iCloud on your device, your save games are backed up to your personal iCloud (Apple) so they are available across your devices. Processing is carried out by Apple; the app provider does not receive this data. Legal basis: legitimate interest in backing up save games (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Details: apple.com/legal/privacy

5.In-App-KäufeIn-app purchases

Optionale Käufe (z. B. das „Pro-Paket“) werden vollständig über den Apple App Store bzw. StoreKit abgewickelt. Der Anbieter der App erhält keine Zahlungs- oder Rechnungsdaten. Verantwortlich für die Zahlungsabwicklung ist Apple. Optional purchases (e.g. the “Pro Pack”) are handled entirely through the Apple App Store and StoreKit. The app provider receives no payment or billing data. Apple is responsible for payment processing.

6.Empfänger & Übermittlung in Drittländer Recipients & transfers to third countries

Empfänger der oben genannten Daten sind TelemetryDeck (Deutschland), GameAnalytics (Dänemark), Apple (App Store, iCloud) sowie der vom Anbieter betriebene Server (api.footyagent.app) für das Feedback aus der App (siehe § 8). Eine Verarbeitung kann teilweise auf Servern außerhalb der EU (insb. USA) stattfinden; Apple stützt sich hierbei auf die EU-Standardvertragsklauseln. Recipients of the data mentioned above are TelemetryDeck (Germany), GameAnalytics (Denmark), Apple (App Store, iCloud) and the server operated by the provider (api.footyagent.app) for in-app feedback (see § 8). Some processing may take place on servers outside the EU (in particular the USA); Apple relies on the EU standard contractual clauses for this.

7.SpeicherdauerRetention period

Analyse-Daten werden anonymisiert bzw. aggregiert verarbeitet; eine personenbezogene Langzeitspeicherung beim Anbieter findet nicht statt. iCloud-Spielstände bleiben gespeichert, bis du sie in der App oder in deinen iCloud-Einstellungen löschst. Analytics data is processed in anonymised or aggregated form; no long-term storage of personal data takes place at the provider. iCloud save games remain stored until you delete them in the app or in your iCloud settings.

8.Feedback aus der AppIn-app feedback

Aus den Einstellungen der App kannst du uns Feedback schicken. Gesendet wird nur, was du selbst eintippst (Nachricht und optional eine E-Mail-Adresse), plus vier technische Angaben: App-Version, Sprache, iOS-Version und Gerätemodell (z. B. „iPhone“). Diese vier Felder siehst du im Formular, bevor du absendest. From the app settings you can send us feedback. Only what you type is sent (the message and an optional email address), plus four technical details: app version, language, iOS version and device model (e.g. “iPhone”). Those four fields are shown in the form before you send.

Bei einer Fehlermeldung kannst du zusätzlich den Spielstand anhängen. Das ist freiwillig, über einen Schalter im Formular, und die Dateigröße wird vorher angezeigt. Agentenname und Name der Agentur werden vor dem Upload entfernt. Angehängte Spielstände werden spätestens nach 180 Tagen gelöscht. When reporting a bug you can also attach the save game. This is optional, via a toggle in the form, and the file size is shown first. Agent name and agency name are removed before upload. Attached save games are deleted after 180 days at the latest.

Es wird keine Gerätekennung und kein Standort übermittelt. Die IP-Adresse wird nicht gespeichert; sie wird nur kurz verarbeitet, um Missbrauch zu unterbinden. No device identifier and no location are transmitted. The IP address is not stored; it is processed only briefly to prevent abuse.

Alleiniger Empfänger ist ein vom Anbieter betriebener Server (api.footyagent.app / eigener VPS). Die Daten werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben. Feedback geht nicht an TelemetryDeck, nicht an GameAnalytics und nicht in die (pausierte) Website-Analyse. The sole recipient is a server operated by the provider (api.footyagent.app / own VPS). The data is not passed to third parties. Feedback does not go to TelemetryDeck, not to GameAnalytics, and not into the (paused) website analytics.

Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO); wenn du um eine Antwort gebeten hast, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Feedback wird gelöscht, sobald es nicht mehr benötigt wird, spätestens nach 24 Monaten. Widerspruch ist über die im Impressum genannte Anschrift möglich. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if you asked for a reply. Feedback is deleted when it is no longer needed, after 24 months at the latest. You can object via the address given in the imprint.

9.Deine RechteYour rights

Dir stehen nach der DSGVO die Rechte auf Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch (Art. 21) zu. Eine erteilte Einwilligung (GameAnalytics) kannst du jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen – direkt in den App-Einstellungen. Außerdem hast du das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. Under the GDPR you have the rights of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Any consent given (GameAnalytics) can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future — directly in the app settings. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
